Our Story
Eldridge Finance Limited is a locally established and owned Malawian Company, incorporated in 2021 under the Company Act of 2013 and licensed under the Financial Service Act 2010 in December 2022.
We have made strides in advancing the government of Malawi's efforts in line with Vision 2063 of reducing poverty levels through provision of convenient, affordable financial services and entrepreneurship and business advisory programmes to existing and aspiring entrepreneurs.
Eldridge Finance realizes that millions of poor, vulnerable, non-poor, and unbanked households in Malawi need financial services and financial education. Our company perceives an unfulfilled client need for business loans, business opportunities, and skills development to overcome poverty.
Through our established programs, we have given opportunity to rural and marginalized entrepreneurs to thrive in their businesses with knowledge and resources, while supporting fresh graduates in acquiring startup capital to begin their entrepreneurial journeys.
